By accessing and using Boston Soccer League ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Boston Soccer League for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- •Modify or copy the materials
- •Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- •Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
- •Harass, abuse, or harm other players
User Accounts
When you create an account on Boston Soccer League, you agree to:

Community Conduct
Boston Soccer League is a community for passionate players. We expect all members to:
Respect Other Players
Treat fellow players with respect and courtesy both on and off the field.
Play Fair
Compete with integrity and follow the rules of the game.
No Harassment or Discrimination
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct.
Honor Commitments
If you register for a game or tournament, we expect you to participate or provide notice if you can't attend.
Limitation of Liability
Boston Soccer League provides the platform and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:
- •Injuries sustained during games or tournaments
- •Cancellations or rescheduling of games
- •Third-party conduct or disputes between players
- •Loss of data or service interruptions
All players participate in soccer activities at their own risk. We recommend maintaining appropriate insurance and following all safety guidelines.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a game, tournament results, or conduct of another player:

- 2Provide documentation and details about the dispute
- 3We will review and make a determination within 7 business days
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you:
- •Violate these Terms of Service
- •Engage in harassment or discrimination
- •Repeatedly fail to honor game commitments
- •Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Boston Soccer League constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
